We were all taught that lead generation was the answer to ANY of our problems, but that’s not entirely true. Lead generation is only one small piece of the big picture.  Overcome Fear & Rejection
Real Estate is challenging…. EMOTIONALLY. We willingly put ourselves in the line of fire on an HOURLY basis. Clients don’t inherently like us. We have to make that happen and move on from those people who YELL, SCREAM, or HANG UP on us instantly. How do you get there? 
  •  Protecting Your Mindset. It STARTS and ENDS with your mindset. Now don’t worry, this can all be LEARNED and PRACTICED and will MAJORLY impact your business’s bottom line.
  •  Overcome Fear and Rejection. Procrastinating picking up the phone? Scared to mention you’re a Real Estate Agent? You might not even REALIZE you are doing it, but trust me it impacts ALL of us. You’ll learn what QUESTIONS to ask to minimize the rejection and just MOVE ON.  
  •  Think like a Top Producer. Is every Top Producer the same? NO! Do they all share a similar mentality? YES. Is it really that different than what you’re doing now? YES. What is this mentality and how can you adopt it? It’s all covered.
WEEK 2
Business Strategy
NEXT.. am I right? I get it, this part isn’t exciting, which is why so many agents IGNORE it and SUFFER. DON’T be one of them. It doesn’t take a long time but yields so many BENEFITS.
  •  Work towards your strengths.  Are you trying to do it ALL? Spending HOURS on tasks that you hate and just don’t do well? STOP IT. We all do it, but if you play to your strengths, guess what? It all gets EASIER. We will identity where you should spend your time. 
  •  Your top 3 sources of business. Are you TIRED of hearing that [insert popular source here] is the KEY to YOUR success and freaking out cause you HATE that. Guess what, it’s not the key to your success if it’s not what YOU DO WELL. We will figure out what YOU are good at and focus on those. Remember “What you focus on expands”.  
  •  Knowing & Tracking Your Numbers. Whether this excites you, bores you, or terrifies you, a simple system to track your metrics will provide you CLARITY and COMFORT, not to mention SUCCESS. We will break this down so it’s second nature and EASY. Don’t stress.
WEEK 3
Own your Time
We are all BUSY everyday, but are you making the MOST of the time you have? Our time management is the first thing we let slip when we get “busy” and is the WORST thing we can do. What if we can REDUCE the amount of time in the office and INCREASE time for you, your friends, and family? I’m SOLD.
  •  Daily Planning.  Rather than letting the day run you, take CONTROL of your day with a simple 1 page sheet. It IS that easy. 
  •  Learn how to offload. Remember focusing on your strengths? We will help you identify how to GET RID of those pesky time consuming activities WITHOUT spending a ton of $$.  
  •  Identify Income Producing Activities. It’s all about the IPAs! We all loving making $$ and you will make SO MUCH more when you focus on the activities that bring it to YOU.
WEEK 4
Value Sell More Homes
What does value sell even mean? And why is it a full module? Look, none of us got into Real Estate to be the cousin of a used car salesman right? You want to be a PROFESSIONAL, who clients LOVE working with, and who refer you without you even ASKING. To get that, you have to learn, love, and execute Value Selling. Once you start adding VALUE to clients, you will automatically SELL more homes.
  •  Develop a “Client Profile”.  Who are your clients? Can you easily tell me ALL about them in under 2 minutes? I couldn’t either. We will walk you through identifying exactly who you are targeting and serving. 
  •  Using Scripts. Hey don’t run away! We are not going to tell you to MEMORIZE something that makes you sound like a ROBOT. We WILL show you what language makes you their VALUED PROFESSIONAL.  
  •  Providing “Value”. Do you want to know WHAT you can do to ADD value? Good, cause that’s what we’re going to do!
WEEK 5
Convert Buyers into Closings
What’s less sexy than lead generation? Yep, lead conversion. BUT you could have thousands of leads and still have hardly any sales. Why? You haven’t narrowed in on LEAD CONVERSION. We’ll look at techniques to make the most of every lead that comes your way.
  •  Minimizing Time Spent.  Are you that agent who keeps calling a lead even after they closed?  😂Sure, being aggressive is good, but being SMART is better. We will help you figure out when to ditch that lead so you can pick out the ones that will CONVERT. 
  •  Qualifying & “Putting into Buckets”. Not all leads are WORTHY of your time!!! Once you get that in your head you can quickly sort through your leads and go after the $$ makers.  
  •  Buyer Process/Setting Expectations. Do you take every buyer through the same steps? Probably not. I know I didn’t, until I developed this system to ENSURE that every client was getting that VIP treatment. Why does this matter? Happy clients = more $$.
WEEK 6
Expired & Cancelled
EXPIRED AND CANCELLED have the MOST OPPORTUNITY and with my unique process we will turn the TOUGHEST listings to go after into your FAVORITE. Gear up for an AGGRESSIVE follow up strategy and an ARMOUR TIGHT mindset.
  •  What to say/How to say it.  The RIGHT words make all the difference. You have a SLIM window of opportunity. Let’s make it every word COUNT! 
  •  Converting Calls to Appointments. DOZENS of Real Estate agents are calling, how do you STAND OUT to be one of the few to make it into the house? It’s all in the PROCESS BABY! We’ve got you.  
  •  OLD Expired & Cancelled. Sure, calling a listing that expired that day is great, but what about ones that expired a two weeks, a month, or even 3 months ago? GOLD MINE! We will help you figure out how to pick through the OLD ones.
WEEK 7
Aggressive Lead Follow Up
How often is too often? How aggressive is too aggressive? When do I let them go? How do I systemize it? How do I get good at it? GREAT questions and we have the answers. 
  •  How to stand out.  There are multiple agents reaching out. What makes you unique? You’re not the only one to shrug your shoulders, but we can show you how. 
  •  Systems & CRM. How does this help? What if your follow up was AUTOMATED? Would that make it EASIER? YOU BET!!  
  •  Staying Organized. Raise your hand if you meant to follow up with a lead, but you lost that sticky with their info or forgot when you last spoke with them! 🙋‍♀️ 🙋‍♂️ Been there! Let’s interject some organization so you CAPITALIZE on all opportunities.
WEEK 8
Closing for the Signature
What’s the most important part of the Listing Appointment? GETTING that SIGNATURE. What works? What doesn’t? How can you increase your conversion? Once you get it, how do you KEEP IT? 
  •  The listing process.  From the appointment, to the signature, to onboarding we go through aspects you NEVER even THOUGHT about. 
  •  Pre-listing package. VALUE ADD BABY. Yes, this is effective. Yes, you WILL stand out.  
  •  Listing Presentation. Make sure that you sound DIFFERENT & UNIQUE from any other Real Estate agent out there. Not just the same speech your brokerage or mentor taught you and all their agents.
  •  Closing Early & Often. We get nervous, we talk too fast, we talk too much, and we build up to the very last sentence “so are you ready to sign?” and then we take a breath. DON’T do this to YOU or YOUR CLIENTS. 
WEEK 9
Harness The Power of Video And Social
Real Estate is changing. HECK everything is changing! That’s why we’re all here. What worked for the seasoned agents, doesn’t work for US. VIDEO & SOCIAL MEDIA is the here and NOW. It’s IMPORTANT, and you don’t have to be AFRAID.
  •  Video, Video, Video.  People want to get to know YOU. When are you most authentic? IN PERSON. Figure out WHAT to share and HOW to share it. 
  •  [FREE] Social Media. Yep, free can be effective. Top tips coming your way!  
  •  Social Media paid. DON’T spend your $$ in the past. Where are your clients? On SOCIAL MEDIA? Where should you spend your marketing $$? On SOCIAL MEDIA!!

For Sale By Owners
We know they want to sell, they just don’t think YOU’RE WORTH IT! Is there a way to be real & HONEST with them, and even add value? Yep! Stay tuned!
